SEEING THE SIGHTS.
JAPANESE IN LONDON. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. LONDON, 23rd July. There are many Japanese visitors in London at present. The Government entertained a deputation from the Japanese Parliament at luncheon at Hampton Court. Sir Edward Groy (Foreign Secretary) and Mr. Lewis Harcourt (First Commissioner of Works) were amongst the speakers. The King sent a message of welcome. Sailors belonging to the Japanese cruiser Ikoma, 13,750 tons displacement, aTe being shown the sights of the metropolis.
