Japan has denounced the GermanJapanese Treaty of Commerce and Navigation, also the Consular Treaty of 1896, and the convention (with regard to the tariff) supplementary to the former treaty. GOVERNMENT OF KOREA. RADICAL CHANGES. TOKIO, 16th Jnly. General Terancbi, Japanese Minister for 'War, speaking at Tokio, said that Japan did not intend to employ the mailed fist in Korea or to antagonise foreign Powers.
