MATCH AGAINST THE MAORIS. The appearance of the Maori team which has been touring in Australia at the Athletic Park on W«Lnesday afternoon should attract considerable attentipn. The team has had a succeseful season on the other side having but two defeats recorded against them, and from week to week have shown improved form. On Saturday last they scored a- decisive win over the Otago representatives. The Wellington team is as follows: — Fullback, Kinvig; three-quarters, Ryan, Mitchinson, Dawspn ; five-eighths, Bradley, 'M'Kenzie ; •half, Tilyard ; wing, Avery ; forwards, Elliott, Irvine, Tannahill, Rapson, Perry, M'Farlane, M'Kellar. If any of the above are unable to play on Wednesday they .ire asked to immediately notify the union secretary.
