THE SYDNEY BOAT. This week's Sydney boat — the TJnion Company's s.s. Manuka— left Sydney at 4 p.m. on Saturday for Wellington direct. She is due here early on Wednesday movning. MARERE AT AUCKLAND. At 8 o'clock this morning the Ty-ser steamer Marere, which left London on the 20th May for New Zealand, via Melbourne and Sydney, arrived at Auckland. The vessel will come to Wellington after discharging at the northern port. THE NAIRNSHIRE. Better weather conditions prevailed at Napier this morning, and the discharge of the Nairnshire's cargo is expected to be completed by to-morrpw evening. The vessel is due here on Wednesday evening next. Discharge of the Holmdale's cargo of timber will be completed to-morrow, and the vessel will then return to Hokianga to load timber for Timaru. From Timavu she will proceed to Lytielton, where her annual overhaul will take place. The Maoriland Shipping Company's steamer Ennerdale arrived at Timaru last evening from Edithburg. After discharging at Tinuiru and Lyttelton the vessel will load in the south for Auckland. From Auckland she will proceed to Greymouth to load timber for Melbourne. — Captain Post, of jfche Tjitanekai, and Captain Felix Black, nautical assessors at the Lauderdale enquiry held at Greymouth, have returned to Wellington. A cargo of hardwood will be brought to Wellington by the scow Whangaroa, which left Sydney on Friday last. The barqao Marjory Glen is under orders to proceed to South Australia to load wheat for England. The vessel is at present at Port Chalmers.
