RAILWAY SERVANTS.
The following resolution was passed at a meeting of the Wellington Branch of ' the New 'Zealand Eflgi«edriv«fs, Fire- j men, and Cleaner*' Association: "That the members of this branch of the E.F. and C.A. of New Zealand re-affirm our loyalty to our association. We also feel a certain amount of contempt for the executive of the A.S.R.S. in taking aj vote of their members on departmental, representation, seeing -that their fofitxxmferenoe threw- it out. W-e therefore cam. come to only tins conchwdon, that -it is an effort on their part to influence the Minister of Railways re our recognition, as the Minister was co impressed with the value of theee associations in Aus* tralia that ho hm nothing, but praue fpr-t £hj&m.'''- . • %
