It arose through the looting of the steamer Imperatul Traian, on which the Crown Princess xjf Rumania was travelling. The Greeks de.ni.ed the lcotiny, and stated " that Ihe boatmen at Piraeus boarded the steamer for the purpose of rescuing a Greek desarler. The harbourmaster at Piraeus has now apologitcd and handed over the deserter to the captain of the Imperatul Traian.
