By Telegraph. — Press Association.— Copyriglit (Received July 12, 10 a.m.) LONDON, 11th July. .Vinsyak Savarkar, tho Indian student recently extradited on a charge of sedition in India, and who is now on his way to that country, escaped through one of the port-holes of the steamer Morea, at Marseilles. He was recaptured. [Savarkar was arrested in London on 13th March last. At one time he was a member of Gray's Inn (one of London's Inns of Court) and correspondent for Indian newspapers.]
