A NEW BROTHERHOOD.

Over one hundred men met in Herbertstreet Mission Hall yesterday to form the "backbone" pf the new Wellington Brotherhood. This movement is the outcome of tho work of the Central Mission. Rev. E. 0. Blamirea, the missioner, addressed_ the men upon the need of an organisation in which Christian brothorlmess could be practised and the weak could bo helped by the strong. The Fatherhood of Gpd, the Kingship of Christ, and the Brotherhood of Man were the chief planks in the platform of the movement. At the meeting five committees were 'set up' to consider arrangements fey visiting, meeting*, vetgutvatdon, finance,' and other matters..
