• Probate has been granted by the Supreme Court, on tho motion of Mr. J. W. Mac-donald, solicitor to the Public Trust Office, of tha' wills of the following : — Mary Jane Sparrow, of Auckland, widow ; Robert Godard, of Riversheady settler j Margaret Fergnson, of Dunediiv, widow; John Riordan, of Waihi, res-* taurant keeper; and William Hazelhurst, of Prebl>leton, insurance agent* Orders to administer the following estatoa were granted : — Virginia Hannah Taylor, of Sunny-side, spinster; Rees Davies, of Gfirretchurch, farmer ; and John F. W. Sixtus, of Neudorf, farmer. An order was also made under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, part 11., un-i claimed lands, vesting part section 66, Lyttelton. in the Public Trustee.'
