f_B* TET.EOR4PH —SPECIAL TO THE POST.I FEILDING, This Day. Ther-b is an epidemic of colds here, a mild form of influenza among the elders and scarlet fever and whooping cough amongst the children. Lord Plunket, who was to have come to Feilding for two hours last Saturday, will spend an official 17 minutes here next Saturday afternoon. Mr. Fred Pirani has consented to act as arbitrator for the Dannevirke Publishing Co. in the case for damages brought against the company by H. S. King, its ex-managing editor. Turnips and green oats have had such &. good hold in this district that the weather now cannot affect them. All stock are also holding their own.
