WE have to call tho careful attention of the farmers in this District to the Three High-class Farms we are selling by Public Auction on THURSDAY, the 26th MAY, instant, and which have special points of attraction possessed by no" other properties of that character. First point. — Tho soil is high-class, good loam, carrying a sole of grass of extreme richness, and feeding cows producing milk of exceptional quality and value. Second point. — Tho Mangaroa Railway Station adjoins each of the Farms, and six trains from Wellington and bauk run each day, giving special facilities for the conveyance to and fro of milk supplies, which can be supplied at railway stations in summer at 5d and in w inter at Bd.
