The veteran balloonist, Count Zeppelin (pioneer of the rigid style of dirigible airship, with an aluminium gasenvelope divided into compartments) , has created a sensation by a speech made by Rim in Berlin. Count Zeppelin said he feared that the* Kaiser had come under the influence of a current working against him and his airship syatem in the Ministry of Wai*. [The Count is seventy years of age. He has made some very successful voyages, and has also met with a good deal of bad luck. Last month his 'Zeppelin 11. dragged her anchors at Weioerg, and was broken in halves.]
