NARROW ESCAPE.

EXCITING EXPERIENCE OF A SUBMARINE'S CREW. By Telegraph.-- Press Association.— Copyright-. LONDON, 11th May. While manoeuvring at Plymouth, submarine A 8 dived to a depth of 200 feet and touched bottom. She rose to the surface only after considerable labour, lasting for an hour. The crew's pent-up anxiety found vent in hearty cheers. Submarine A 8 is the craft which sank at Cawsand Bay, on the south side of Plymoath Sound, in 1905, when fifteen persons were drowned.
