A man, reported to be a passenger by the steamer Otway, has been admitted to Sydney Hospital suffering from a .' suspicious disease. The doctor has decleared that it is not small-pox, but .<.triet precautions are being taken pending further diagnosis. FOUND TO BE SMALL-POX. (Received April 14, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The suspicious case in Sydney Hospital has been diagnosed as smallpox. The patient has been removed to the quarantine station.
