In connection with the recent violent scene in the Hungarian Parliament, the police are prosecuting deputies on charges of wounding Ministers. A message received yesterday stated : — <- A decree dissolving the Hungarian Parliament led to a tumult, the Opposition declaring the procedure^ unconstitutional. A deputy threw a heavy book, injuring the Premier. Another hurled an inkpot, severely wounding the MinlsI ter for Agriculture."
