BOY SCOUTS.
No "feather-bed" programme has been arrangrd for Boy beouu of the Miramar patrols at Easter. Scouts who are deemed by their parents to be sea- j sonrd will inert at the City Boundary at { 9.30 a.m. on Saturday. They will trek j to Taiakiua Bay, midwuy between Lyall Bay and S, ntoiui. past the fishermen's cottages. Brushwood shelters will be buill for bleeping in. Rations to be brought by each buy will be four pounds of ships' biccuits and four pounds oE compressed beef, also a blanket or two, an overcoat, pannikin, and hatchet. On Sunday . divine service wrll be attended. On Monday night shelters will be built at Shelly bay, where the night will be spent. If it should turn out wet adjacent building* will be rttotted to.
