Eighty per cent, of the voiknieii at Krupp's Germania Yard at Kiel t-truck for a half-holiday as a protest against the Prussian Franchise Bill. Many workers in other yards joined them. Ten thousand weie concerned. A violent collision with the police took place. Tho latter were hard pressed and took refuge in shops, the windows of which were smashed. Ten of the demonstrators and several of the police were injured. DEMONSTRATION IN BERLIN. (Received March 17, 9 a.m.) BERLIN, 16th March. In connection with the franchise reform question there has been a remarkable demonstration in Berlin.
