LODGE MEETINGS.

Bro. P. Roberts, C.R., presided over tjio iortnightly meeting of Court Sir George Grey, held on Tuesday. There was a good attendance of members. The line of the hall was granted for the half-yearly card tournament on 7th April. It was decided to send a letter of condolence to Bro. Barry in his bereavement through the death of .hi 3 daughter. It was agreed that tho first court night in April be held as an open night to members' families and friends. At the weekly session of the Pioneer Lodge, No. 11, 1.0. G.T., Bro. H. J. Millar, C.T., presided. One candidate was proposed lor membership, and two were initiated, Bro. W. Johnston, D.1.C.T., reported that at the Jast meeting of the Sunbeam Juvenile Temple, seventeen candidates were initiated, making a total of thirty-two for the two meetings held." The fortnightly meeting of Coronation Lodge, No. 26, U.A.0.D., war held at St. Thomas's Schoolroom on Tuesday. Bro. T. Moliison presiding over a laige attendance of members and visitors. An official visit wa.« received f lorn the Court Sir William Jervoit. A.0.F., tho object of the visit being a challenge foi the "Bobs" Cup. Aftei a keenly-contested game, (ho challengers proved too good for the holders. A musical programme, arranged by Bro. J. Creed, added to the success of the meeting.
