[ST TELEGRAPH — SPECIAL TO THE POST.] DUNEDIX, This Day. A very high compliment was paid by the Otago Education Board yesteiday to its chief inspector (Mr. P. Uoyen), who has drawn iip a special catalogue of books for school reading for school libraries and for prizes. The Rev. P. B. Fraser said that probably the catalogue was without its equal in Australasia. It is probable that the board will set up *, model library in the education office for the guidance of the school?. A lad named Anderson, released on bail on Monday iv connection with several cases of housebieaking. was re-ar-rested ye&ierday on a frei-h charge of housebreaking yesterday, and of stealing a quantity of jeuelleiy.
