PERSIAN INTRIGUES.
• EX-SHAH'S EMISSARIES CAPTURED By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received February 4, 8.30 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, 3rd February. The press reports that Saidar Khan, the deposed Shah of Persia's chief supporter, was captured near Resht, in Norther 1 ' Persia, while crossing the frontier disguised, carrying compromising correspondence to other of the exShah's emissaries captured at Meshed, in Khorassan. Members of the Persian Parliament demand that the ex-Shah's pension shall be stopped.
