[BT TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WOODVILLE, This Day. An influential company has been formed in Woodville, with a capital of £10,000, fully subscribed, and has purchased the Christchurch Meat Company's interest and stock in the Woodville bacon works, arid also purchased the Woodville freezing works from Nelson BrOB. The work of curing bacon will be commenced immediately. It is the intention of the new company to add new machinery and plant, and make the works here most complete.
