OWING TO EIGHT HOUR TROUBLE. REVIVAL IN GERMAN MARKETS. By Telegraph.— Presi Association.— Copyright. (Received January 18, 8.45 a.m.) BERLIN, 17th January. The newspaper Tageblatt states that in consequence of the miners' eighthours trouble in England the British steel and iron manufacturers have been obliged to raise their prices, thereby enabling their German competitors to raise their prices, which had sunk to a very low level. There is now, reports tho Tageblatt, a genuine revival in the Home markets.
