MISSIONS TO SEAMEN.

An ambulance "chat" took place last night in the Missions to Seamen Institute between the Missioner, Mr. Moore, and seamen. Matters touching on the restoration of the apparently drowned, cramp, fires, etc., were discussed. During the evening an enjoyable concert, arranged by Messrs. Proctor, was given. Items were contri* buted by Miss E. Colley, Mrs. Colley, and Mr. Rowe. A hearty vote of thankp was accorded the performers.
