For the Supreme Court sessions here on 10th February, fourteen criminal cases have already been set down, and thare are a number of suits on the civil list. Very heavy truckings of Uve stock to the various freezing works have ueen made during the past few days, the threatened cessation of work by- the slaughtermen' being responsible therefor. It is said that some of the company buyers have been instructed to refuse all stock after to-day.
