He beat the record recently put up by J. S. Stirton, of Westport, by three minutes, the x new record beir.g 60 hours 20 minutes. Travis played with a good deal of vigour to the enrl. One. of the pieces played just on time was "Tho Storm." There was a :nige gathering of the public, and much enthusiasm was shown when Travis passed Stirton's record. '
