A FINE. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received December 4, 8.40 a.m.) LONDON, 3rd December. Robert Sievier was fined £10 at Bowstreet, for sending indecent -publications through the post. Sievier, ex - bookmaker, racehorse owner, and publisher of The Winning Post and other papers, has for years been more or less prominently before the public. Some months ago he was in court on a charge similar to that mentioned in the cable.
