RELIEF FUND INAUGURATED IN NEWCASTLE. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received December 3, 8.5 a.m.) LONDON, 2nd December. The Lord Mayor ni Nevvcastle-on-Tyno has inaugurated a fund for the relief of the unemployed. He states there are forty thousand sufferers by the present depression.
