A NEW ASSOCIATION.
TO REGULATE SALES OF STOCK. [BY TFLEUEAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.") AUCKLAND, This Day. At a meeting of farmers and graziers it was decided to form a Provincial Graziers and Breeders' Association, to take steps, if necessary, to steady the market by exporting surplus stock. Mr. Grey, president of the Agricultural Association, stated that the low prices of the past few months had become monotonous. It was necessary for 3003 to 5000 head of cattle to be exported yearly before there would be any buoyancy in the market. It was also decided to request auctioneers to sell cattle by live weight.
