TARATAHI-CARTERTON CLUB. [SX TELEGRAPH — SpS^AL TO THE POST.] CARTERTON, This Day. A meeting of the stewards of the Taratahi-Carterton Racing Club was held at Carterton on Saturday afternoon. Present — Messrs. G. W. Delia (in the chair), L. Nix, J. Hodder, T. Ray, C. Reid, W. M. Halley, R. G. Kemble, H. Rayner, A. Daysh, J. G. Oates*, S. C. Skelley. Apologies for absence were received from Messrs. W. Howard Booth. Denbee, and H. H. Wolters. Mr. Delia was elected chair-i->an of stewards for the remainder of the year. The balance-sheet of the recent race meeting was read, disclosing a profit of £302 9s 9d, which is an increase of £43 on the previous year's gathering. A vote of thanks was accorded Mr. J. W. Card, honorary judge. Routine business was also transacted. WELLINGTON PONY RACING ' CLUB. " The following weights have been declared by the handicapper (Mr. J. M.
