Gwynne, addressing the Bethnal Green Conference of Colonising Agencies, described the plan to be adopted at the training farms to be established in Australia, and to which the Sydney Dreadnought fund will be applied. Provision will be made for three hundred-boys annually. The conference warmly thanked Aus- j tralasians for their endeavour, and pledged them its support. It approved the idea of a central board whereon each existing official of the voluntary agency would be represented.
