King Manuel, who is now in England, on a visit to King Edward, has been created a Knight of the Garter. KING MANUEL IN, LONDON. ENTERTAINED 'AT THE GUILDHALL. His Majesty was entertained at luncheon at the Guildhall, and presented with, a civic address.
