LARGE SURPLUS AVAILABLE FOR EXPORT. By Telegraph.— Press Association..-Copyright. MELBOURNE, 17th November. The newspaper Leader estimates the Victorian wheat crop at 26,000,000 biiiihels, an average of 12i bushels. This should give an exf ortable surplus of 17,800,000 bushels.
