CARGOES OF COAL.
ENQUIRIES MADE IN BRITAIN. | UNDERWRITERS' RISKS. i LONDON, 17th November. In consequence of the Newcastle strike Lloyds have received several orders to insure cargoes of coal from Britain to Australia. In certain convenient cases vessels bound for other countries are being diverted. The underwriters have safeguarded themselves against the risk of damage by strikers.
