Graham, Canadian Minister of Railways, speaking at Montreal, declared that he was undisturbed over possibilities of an Anglo-Ger-man war, but in any event it was Canada's duty to protect her coasts, commerce, and ''sheries. It would be a. mistrtke, continued the Minister, to contribute ships or money to Britain.
