Horn, of the Bank of Ade-i laide, in a letter to the Standard, en-. j closing 100 guineas towards the Union, ist Workingman Candidates' Fund, says that apparently the Socialist theoj^; is that nobody is entitled to anything except the man who has not got it. Possibly soon in England,' adds the writer, it will be held criminal to own anything except a vote, and not even that unless it is pledged to the Socialist Party. ________ ___
