'GRAVE DEVELOPMENTS EXPECrED. [BI TELEGRAPH — SPECIAL TO THE POST.] UREYMOUTIT, This Day. Grave developments are expected in connection with the local coal industry. An absolute deadlock exists at the State mine, where negotiations for a new agreement proved inconclusive. The manager wants a reduction in the hewing rate, but the miners have- refused, and have given him till Friday to accede to their requests. A conference is now proceeding.
