RECHABITE HONOURED.
PRESENTATION TO MR. F H FRASER. At a representative gathering of the tli.strict officers of Ihc New Zealand Central District, 2s T o. 86, and the Rcchabite Tents in Wellington, a presentation was made to the retiring secretary of district 86, Mr. Francis Humphries Fraser, who has held the office for thirty-eight years. The presentation took the form of an illuminated address, an album, leatherbound and similarly decorated, and a. purse of sovereigns. The letterpress and decorations were carried out in a chaste colour scheme in the colour/* of the tent — red and blue. The album was a memento from the Salforcl Unity Friendly Society on behalf of the board of directors, and was presented by Bro. W. Johnson, the first D.O.R. of the New Zealand Central District. The address, the work of Mr. S. Ross, Lambton-quaj', embodied a resolution — passed at. the thirty-seventh annual general meeting, of the tent — of thanks and good wishes to Mr. Fraser for his selfsacrifice for and devotion to tho affairs of the tent, similar sentiments being expressed in the album.
