\ There is in i-ho OnsLow borough a bylaw requiring a 40ft frontage to all sections upon which it is proposed to build. At last night's meeting of tho council it was pointed out that in some cases this regulation had proved rather anomalous. On hilly land sections of about an acre in area carried only two buildings, as there was not sufficient frontage to carry another house. It was decided to consider the question of amending the bylaw.
