In the Magistrate's Court this morning tho case o£ Maxwell v. the Union Steam Ship Company, a claim for £25 wages and for alleged wrongful dismissal from the Waitemata at Newcastle, was again adjourned sine die, so j that application might be made to the Supreme Court to have the case heard by that tribunal. The papers have lieen sent to Wellington, but the formal o"der has not been received.
