' MEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP. The final of the men's championship 1 of the Wellington Golf Club, played off , yesterday, resulted in a win for Arthur . Duncan from his brother K. Duncan by Bix up and four to play. In the first '. round K. Duncan was only beaten, by ' one, up and at one time wa&> t>hree up on the champion. This makes Arthur Dun- ( can's ninth win. > L. C. Hales won the monthly cleek ; competition, two up. A. J. Abbott and [ E. J_. Chaffey were one down, and E. , S. Pearce and T. Weston, four and five [ down respectively.
