HIS LAST HOURS, CONFERENCE WITH PIERPONT MORGAN RAILWAYS AND THE FUNERAL. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Conyrieht. (Receiver! September 14, 8.20 a.m.) NEW YORK, 13th September. On Thursday last Mr. E. H. IJarriman, knowing that he was dying, summoned Mr. JPierponfc Morgan, the well. knovyi banker and capitalist, who had been his chief opponent in financial matters, and conferred with him for Wo hours. Arrangements were made to uphold the market for the protection of the Hiirriman interests. During Mr. Harriman's funeral all the trains over sixty-four thousand miles of railway were simultaneously halted for ten minutes.
