DIVORCE ON GROUND OF DESERTION.
[bt telegraph— press association.] NAPIER, This Day. Mr. Justice Cooper granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, in the divorce suit Alice Colquhoun v. Thomas Colquhoun, contractor, of Weber, on the grounds of desertion.
