(Received September 8, 8.35 a.m.) LONDON, 7th September. - Thomas James Stockall, of Stockall and Sons, jewellers, Clerkenwell-road. where he was found boUnd and gagged on the' 28th November, 1904, has been arrested at Southend. He admitted stealing three thousand pounds' worth of jewels, which were supposed to have been stolen by the alleged gaggers.
