From Wellington— 9o bales wool, 25 casks tallow, 10 sacks peas, 2 bales rabbit skins, 25 bales hops, 3 packages sundries, 5 packages greenstone, 1500 quarters beef. A quantity of grain, meat, etc., was also shipped at Lyttelton, but details are not yet available. . DARTFORD SPOKEN. The Union Company's training ship Dartford, en route from Bunbury to Wellington with a cargo of jarrah, v/as spoken by the collier Kaiapoi, which arrived afc Melbourne last night from Greymouth. The latter yessel reported that the sailer wished to be spoken "all well." The meeting took place at 1.40 a.m. on the 4th inst., in latitude 40.58 south and longitude 152.28 east — a spot about 200 miles north-east of Tasmania. KAITOA LEFT COLOMBO. According to private advices received in Wellington the Anchor Company's new steamer Kaitoa sailed from Colombo on the Ist inst. en route from Govan, Scotland, to Nelson. She will probably touch at Fremantle or Albany for bunker coal, and may now be expected to reach her destination about the middle of October. Ihe Maoriland Steam Ship Company's s.s. Eunerdale is to leave Kaipara to-morrrow with a shipment of timber for Sydney. The same company's steamer Landerdale is now loading jarrah at Bunbury, and will probably leave on Saturday for Lyttelton and Timaru, via Adelaide. Discharging operations on the Tyser steamer Tomoana at the King's Wharf are taking a little longer than was expected, and the vessel will not leave for Lyttelton and Dunedin tili to-morrow.
