John Randall Morgan, £3 6s Bd, costs 10s ; George Edward Odlin v. Henry xhomas Lomath, possession and £3 18s, coste 16s. In the judgment summons case of Mary Houston Ross v. John George Bay, a debt of £10 Bs, the debtor was ordered to pay on or before 21st September, in default seven days' imprisonment. 'In the case of William and Percy Churchill v. L. Clough, the debtor was ordered to pay £67 0s sd, on ' of before 21st September, or in default undergo one month's imprisonment. Phillip K. Watty was ordered to pay £9- 8s to Wm. Frank Jewson, on or before -21st September ; in default, seven days' imprisonment. The magistrate made no orders in each of the following cases : — H. Price and* Co., Ltd:, v. Harold Alfred Doorey, £10 15s lOd ; Wellington Traders Agency v. Hoong Key, £26 12s. Messrs. 3j H. Bethurte and Co. advertise a sale to be held by them to-morrow, at 1 p.m., when they will dispose of the Crown Boardinghouse, Main-road, Petone, for removal. This house has recently been damaged by fire, and tho owners, the Railway Department, have decided to have it cleared off the ground 'within fourteen days from the date of sale. Mqssrs. A. L Wilson, and Co advertise particulars of a sale of furniture and pianos they are holding at their rooms, 26, Bran-don-street, to-morrow, at 130, when the contents of three houses will be disposed of. They also insert a -notice postponing a sale of ferns from Wednesday ta Friday. Messrs. T. Kennedy Macdonald, Ltd,, will hold their weekly sale of furniture, etc., to-morrow, at their rooms, at 1.30 o'clock. ' .Two fireproof safes by Cyims Price and Co. and a copying press are among the articles to be sold. At 2.30 p.m. on the same jday the firm will also, sell two upright grand pianos which have been removed to their premises In another column will be found an advertisement Tolating to Messrs. Abraham and ' Williams's spring horse fair. The horses to tie offered comprise several lots of heavy draughts just out of hard work. The unbroken draughts offered on account of Mr. Arthur Harding, . of Siberia, are described as a lot of very useful horses. There are also twenty horses to be sold on account of tho P.N. Sash, Door, and Timber Company. Mr. R. D Knight, of Longburn, has an entry of ten ; and Mr. H. Shanks, of Pahiatua, is also offering the same number. The Clydesdale stallion Shepherd's Pride and the shire stallion Nateby Drayman will also come under the hammer. Entries are now being taken. The annual meeting of the _ Wellington, Provincial Industrial Association will be held in the office of the secretary (Norwich Chambers) on Tueed*y, 21st September, at i 8 JJ,m,
