[BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION. \ CAMBRIDGE, 4th Sept. An unusual case was heard at the Magistrate's Court to-day. Eli Mahomet, a coloured man, a restaurant-keep-er, apnHed for the cancellation of a prohibition order made by Justices. Mahomet called evidence that the order was affecting his business. The police contended that the only power to vary the order was through the Supreme Court. The application was adjourned
