EXPLORER CLAIMED BY THE CHOSEN PEOPLE. (Received September 4, 8.55 a.m.) LONDON, 3rd September. The Daily Telegraph deprecates any hasty condemnation of Dr. Cook's narrative. The Jewish World states that the explorer is a member of a well-known Jewish family in Frankfort, and that his real name is Koch.
