GENERAL AMNESTY PROCLAIMED. EX-SHAH ACCEPTS A PENSION. Bj Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. TEHERAN, 3rd September. A general amnesty has been proclaimed in Persia. Twelve prominent officials are exiled, including Saad-ed-Dowleh. The ex-Shah's reluctance to cede his estates to the Government has been overcome, and his annual pension has been fixed at £33,700.
