THE HEAD OF AN EX-GRAND VIZIER. 9y Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received June 21, 9 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, 20th June. The newspaper Stamboul reports the discovery, in the cellar of a guardhouse at Y'ildiz Kiosk, of a box containing what is alleged to be the skull of Midhat Pasha, formerly Grand Vizier. His head was undoubtedly sent to AT)dul Hamid, who was then Sultan, in a similar box from Taif, in Arabia. •
