The Times' New York correspondent ireports that the prosecution of thevleadere of Japanese strikers on Hawaii plantations, and the discovery in their union's headquarters of inflai»matory documents, led to an unconfirmed report of a conspiracy to obtain central of the sugar industry and wrest the* direction of affairs from- the whites. - LEADERS TO BE PROSECUTED. (Received June ils, 8.50 a.m.) NEW YORK, 14th June. The Japanese Consul- General approves tne prosecution of twelve leaders of the strikers in Hawaii for conspiracy and riot, and of three others for conspiracy and murder.
